Title IC - Education For Migratory Children
Migrant Students Identification:
A migrant child is someone under 21 years old who, along with their parent, spouse, or guardian who is a migratory agricultural worker or fisher, has moved between school districts within the past 36 months. The identification process starts by reviewing Parent Employment Survey (PES) responses from new students during enrollment.
