The Idaho Falls School District Payroll Department is committed to ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.

Payroll Schedule & Deadlines

Payday

Employees are paid on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend, payday will be on the Friday before.

Time Sheets

Due by the last working day of the month and must be signed by you and your supervisor. Do not hold time sheets for later submission.

Direct Deposit

Available to all district employees.

Deposits can be viewed in your Tyler ERP Pro account the day before payday.

Funds will be available in your bank account on payday.

To enroll in Direct Deposit, visit the Resource Department in person.

Paper Check Recipients

Checks are mailed on payday to the home address on file.

Updating Your Payroll Information

Changes in Address or Phone Number should be done in yourTyler ERP Pro account or submitted by your school secretary.

Review your W4 Tax Withholdings regularly in your Tyler ERP Pro account and make any necessary changes by clicking on the edit icon or print the W4 Tax forms from this webpage, complete and turtle to Payroll.

TimeClock Plus Employee Access

TimeClock Plus allows employees to:

Clock in each day and view clock in hours

Track leave accumulation and usage.

If you do not have computer access at home, contact your school secretary or supervisor for access to a designated computer in your building. A computer is also available at the District Office during regular work hours.
