Technology Support During the Start of School

At the start of each school year and throughout the following two months, technology support requests increase significantly. While our team works diligently to resolve every ticket and call as quickly as possible, response times may be longer than usual during this busy period.

This higher volume of requests is both expected and temporary. Please know that our department is dedicated to providing timely support, and every request is valued.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together to ensure a smooth start to the year.
