To help keep our schools and information safe, Idaho Falls School District 91 is adding an extra layer of security called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This means that when staff log into their school accounts, they’ll need to do one more quick step to confirm it’s really them—kind of like how some banking apps send a code to your phone. Staff can use a simple app like Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on their phones to do this. It only takes a few seconds and helps protect important student and school information from being accessed by the wrong people. This is one of the ways D91 is working to keep our schools, data, and community safe online.
