The Board of Trustees serves as the governing body for the district, working collaboratively to shape policies, set goals, and oversee the district's strategic direction. Each member is elected to represent the community's interests and is dedicated to ensuring a high-quality education for all students. Through their leadership, the Board strives to create a supportive and equitable environment that empowers students, staff, and families to thrive.
Mrs. Radcliffe represents Zone 5, which includes Hawthorne, Longfellow, Sunnyside and Taylorview schools.

Hillary Radcliffe is a native of Idaho Falls who is committed to continually improving the education offered in Idaho Falls School District 91 by serving on the School Board. Growing up in Idaho Falls and attending Longfellow Elementary, Clair E Gale Junior High and graduating from Idaho Falls High School, she knows the strong educational foundation she received in District 91 allowed her to further her education. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell College and a Master in Business Administration from Idaho State University.
Hillary is a business owner and business consultant who focuses on developing financial and strategic growth plans, and implementing these in various businesses. As a business owner she has seen first hand that a strong education benefits not only the current students, but potential employers, employees and the community as a whole. Her children and nieces currently attend various schools in District 91.
Larry S. Wilson represents Zone 1 includes the Bush and Temple View elementary school areas.

Larry Wilson was born and raised in Teton Valley and has lived in Idaho Falls for the past 20 years. He and his wife Lynette are the parents of eight children, four of which have graduated from District 91 high schools and the remaining four continue to be educated within the district. Larry graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing degree. Professionally he works for a medical device company selling specifically to orthopedic surgeons. Besides his eight children he and his family have hosted eight foreign exchange students who really became part of the family.

Mr. Haacke represents Zone 2, which includes the Westside, Fox Hollow and Ethel Boyes school areas.

Paul Haacke is a seasoned executive management professional fluent in Mandarin Chinese Mr. Haacke provides hands-on leadership in developing sales, marketing, and operations programs. Core competencies include strategic planning, market research, product marketing, startups, marketing strategy, business planning, product development, team building, sales management, public relations, government affairs, financial reporting, project management, financial analysis, supply chain management and forecasting. Paul has traveled extensively overseas to over 45 countries as well as he and his family lived in Shanghai, China for over four years. He loves working with local youth and was a volunteer coach in the local Grid Kid football program. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Paul and his wife Debra are parents of five children who love calling east Idaho home.
Mr. Westwood represents Zone 3, which includes Theresa Bunker, Edgemont, Longfellow, Linden Park, and Sunnyside elementary schools.

Jeremy Westwood has been highly involved in the Idaho Falls community for more than 25 years. Jeremy has a passion for education and plans to focus on further improving educational experiences and expanding opportunities for all students in Idaho Falls School District 91. With his background and extensive experience in development and construction, he also hopes to address the district's overcrowding and facilities issues and create the very best learning environments for students and staff. Jeremy and his wife have three children, two who graduated from Idaho Falls High School and a third who currently attends IFHS.
Mr. Ricks represents Zone 4, the areas around Erickson, Linden Park and part of Hawthorne Elementary schools.

Shay Ricks is a proud D91 graduate. He attended Hawthorne Elementary School, Taylorview Middle School and Idaho Falls High School before receiving a degree in finance from BYU-I. Shay worked for the Bank of Commerce for seven years before becoming a real estate agent. He ran for D91 trustee because he wants to see D91 succeed. He is interested in expanding and enhancing the curriculum and also opportunities for students. He is excited about collaborating with parents, faculty and administrators to determine the best way to support students.
