D91 Board Looking For Ideas
With the failure of the recent bond, D91's Board of Trustees is currently considering ways to address critical safety and overcrowding issues. Board members are looking at boundary changes to address overcrowding in D91's elementary schools, and then they are considering split sessions at IFHS. But, the board has not made any final decisions and is looking for additional ideas from parents, patrons and staff. If you have an idea you think the D91 Board of Trustees should pursue, please submit it here.
It's All About NEXT Steps!
D91 is proud to be sharing resources for Part 2 of the Within Reach project. This partnership between D91, Idaho Business for Education and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is connecting with parents in their workplaces and providing them with tools and resources to help their children find success after high school. Reading Resources Available
Research shows that meeting reading benchmarks is critical to a child’s success in school. If students don't meet reading benchmarks on the fall Idaho Reading Indicator, our teachers will create personalized reading plans for students to help them improve their skills in specific areas such as vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, phonics and decoding. We've also compiled a special page of reading resources to help parents help their children become successful readers.
